Can I get samples?

Yes we post free samples in NZ Post bags to any valid address.

We are in the north island, is this a problem for deliveries?

No problem. We deliver nationwide into the Toll freight network. Toll calls in here for pickups every Tuesday and Thursday.

How will my order be packaged?

All machined timber is wrapped in plastic and protective timber cover boards.

Do you sell direct to the public?

Yes the general public gets the same access and prices as our trade customers.

Are your native timber products legal?

Yes all our native timber is milled under MPI issued milling permits for salvaged or sustainably harvested timber.

Do you offer discounts for big orders?

Yes we offer significant discounts for big flooring orders, usually kicking in at orders over 60 m2

Can you deliver to my site?

Yes we can arrange site deliveries.

Can you store my order until I need it?

Yes we can. As long as final payment is complete, we are happy to store your product for up to 3 months at no charge. After that standard storage rates may apply.
